Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payments can be made via:

 Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session or retreat.

1. Cancellations:
   • Cancellations made 72 hours before the session or retreat will receive a 50% refund.
   • Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

1. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their sessions up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

1. In-Person Services: Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund.
2. Virtual Services: Ensure a stable internet connection for virtual sessions. Ahoto Healing & Wellness Home is not responsible for disruptions caused by connectivity issues on the client’s side.
3. Health Conditions: Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions or concerns prior to their session. This helps us tailor the experience to your needs.

Retreat Policies

1. Customized Retreats: Any personalized retreat requests must be finalized at least 7 days in advance. Additional fees may apply for customizations.
2. Group Retreats: A minimum of 4 participants is required for group retreats. Bookings for group retreats must be completed 14 days prior to the start date.

General Terms

1. Code of Conduct: Ahoto Healing & Wellness Home is a peaceful and inclusive space. We expect all guests to respect the environment, staff, and other participants.
2. Liability Waiver: By booking, clients agree to release Ahoto Healing & Wellness Home and its staff from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the session or retreat.

1. Photography & Media: Guests consent to non-intrusive photography during group retreats for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing.

Cancellation by Ahoto

1. Ahoto Healing & Wellness Home reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or retreats due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
